Your employees have the right to work in a safe environment. Sometimes this means that an employee has to report a safety violation to a regulating agency such as OSHA who will then investigate.
Just because an employee is considered “temporary” doesn’t mean the he or she is exempt from the Worker Rights as spelled out by OSHA.
