OSHA Adjusts Civil Penalties for 2022
As provided by the Inflation Adjustment Act, the US Dept of Labor has announced an increase in OSHA’s civil penalty amounts based on cost-of-living adjustments. The increased penalty levels apply to any penalties assessed after January 15, 2022.
