We all suffer from stress. At home. At work. And in between home and work. Stress is known to contribute to health problems. But did you know that stress can also lead to safety hazards on the job?
Your eyes are at risk for damage, no matter what job you do. Some occupations have more severe eye risks than others, but you need to know how your day-to-day duties could affect your eyes.
What is employee wellness? Some places may refer to a worksite wellness program but basically employee wellness promotes and supports the health, safety and well-being of your employees.

As an OSHA-authorized safety trainer, much of my focus is on occupational safety and health and ensuring organizations understand the regulations and how to be compliant. I don’t talk much about the employee wellness side.
