Employers, it’s time for 2020 Form 300A injury and illness to do’s. So, who needs to electronically submit injury and illness data?

March 2, 2021 is the deadline for electronically reporting your OSHA Form 300A data for calendar year 2020. OSHA began collection on January 2, 2021.

Electronic submissions are required by establishments with 250 or more employees currently required to keep OSHA injury and illness records, and establishments with 20-249 employees classified in specific industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses.

Remember, not all establishments need to submit their OSHA 300A Data. If you are unsure about your standing or need more information, use the Injury Tracking Application webpage. You’ll find FAQs about the Injury Tracking Application, Reporting Requirements and OSHA Recordkeeping Requirements. This is also where you can launch the tracking application.
